For example, the cheapest are compact studio apartments, situated on the last storeys of buildings. They are designed for service personnel (maids, etc), students, seasoned workers, visitors. Strange as it may bay, buying such apartments is a rather profitable undertaking as an option for real estate money investment. These apartments are always sought for the purposes of renting, and accordingly, they bring constant and stable income.
